O Accept é uma banda famosa por ficar "famosa" de tempos em tempos. Felizmente, em 80, eles estavam passando por uma boa fase. E foi nessa fase que eles lançaram sua música mais famosa, "Balls To The Wall". Ao lado de outras bandas de Hard Rock, como Kiss, Aerosmith, Van Halen e principalmente Scorpions, o Accept fez sucesso nos anos dourados do estilo e do Heavy Metal, sendo "Balls To The Walls" uma música indispensável para se ouvir para qualquer pessoa que se julgue fã do estilo.

Udo Dirkschneider, o baixinho e gordinho está nessa música, estourando tudo com os seus vocais que trazem uma mistura de Judas Priest com AC/DC. O guitarrista Wolf Hoffmann dá um show, como sempre, junto com Herman Frank fazem riffs e solos matadores. O baixo de Peter Baltes e a bateria de Stefan Kaufmann também fazem sua presençã, não tanto quanto os outros instrumentos.

Sem mais enrolar, a música já começa com um riff matador. A voz de Udo então começa zombateira e rasgada. Logo depois, o pré-refrão. Gritando com todo o ar dos pulmões, o gordinho e baixinho mostra por que é um cantor tão consagrado. A música diminui o rítimo, até ficar somente o baixo e a bateria.

Após, volta a guitarra e o ritmo inicial, somente com o riff e a voz rasgada. E é essa é a base da música, que se repete algumas vezes. Novamente o refrão, explodindo tudo, principalmente com os backing vocals.

Logo depois a música disacelera e começa um pequeno solo de guitarra distorcida. E após o anúncio de Udo, finalmente chega o real solo, com direito a "OoOoOoOoO" por baixo da guitarra incrível. A música para e fica somente o baixo e a bateria suave, enquanto se repete o nome da música e alguns comentários do cantor. Os "OoOoO" voltam, assim como o vocal, que não demora para dar um puta de um grito, retornando a música com todo o poder.

Sua letra fala sobre, principalmente, a escravidão, mas é algo meio sem sentido mesmo. Provavelmente fala da fuga dos escravos e da falta de respeito com eles. O que vale mais a pena a ser conferido nessa música é o rítimo e a qualidade que o Accept raramente nos fornece, mas ela vem sempre em forma de um prêmio divino do rock.
